Review Copy Cleanup!

BBT

I had so much fun with the last Review Copy Cleanup Challenge that I decided to join again!
I have cut way done on requesting and accepting review books but my pile is still huge so I am joining the cleanup.

Clean up that big pile of review books you’ve been neglecting this August and join the Review Copy Cleanup. During the month of August we will host a number of Twitter parties and mini-readathons in order to motivate ourselves and other participants! Is your review pile getting out of control? Then make sure to join us on a quest to clean up that review copy pile and to have some fun in the process.

  1. My review pile is growing. I'm hoping to have it devoured by the time I take my 2 week holiday at the last 2 weeks in August.

  3. Oh, yay! I think it's so smart to do this challenge -- I should probably participate too! I cut down majoring during the last few months during exams on requesting books like you did, but of course review piles don't shrink on their own :') I think this is sort of like an exam study-cram session LOL -- where you try to get as much in as possible with a group of people that's SO fun! x)

Good luck, Jen! I'm sure you'll make a huge dent in your review TBR ;) <3

  6. Dude, I'm so happy that I'm caught-up on my review books. I still have plenty, but I'm not behind or drowning in them anymore. I might do this though since it's in August, because I have quite a few review book that come out in September.

  7. As excited as I was to do the first reviews, I quickly got overwhelmed. I am very good about posting by the due date. I am being more careful as to the types of books that I say yes to - no reason for me to review a book and I don't like the genre! I now have on my desk calendar the due dates for all my reviews so I know at a glance whether I can take on another...though, if the description sounds good, I will most likely do it anyway. Thank goodness most ARRs are usually just over 200 pages! I have found most of my ARRs in groups on Goodreads...if there are other places to sign up, I'd sure like to know about them!

  8. I am thinking about joining in. I did not participate the last time, but I did see several posts. It seems like a fun way to get through some of those review copies that are still hanging around.
