Cover Characteristic ~ Umbrellas

This one is my favorite
I love the way a lot of these umbrellas represent being struck by love and maybe trying to protect yourself with an umbrella lol

Mad Love

Same cover idea. Can't blame them for being the same cause I love the idea. So eye catching.
Which do you like better?

Struck: Stupid Cupid; Flirting with Disaster; Pucker Up

Love Struck

Being swept away

A Hopeless Romantic

If not love then a lot of covers represent protesting yourself from disaster.

Freshman Year & Other Unnatural Disasters

Only the Good Spy Young (Gallagher Girls, #4)

 Umbrella Summer

The next two are rather similar as well.

A Little Ray of Sunshine

Rain Song

The Sisterhood

Parasols

Dearly, Departed (Gone With the Respiration, #1)

Masque of the Red Death (Masque of the Red Death, #1)

 Soulless (Parasol Protectorate, #1)

Nanny covers

 The Nanny Diaries (Nanny #1)

 Mary Poppins

Beach reads

California Demon: The Secret Life of a Demon-Hunting Soccer Mom (Kate Connor - Demon Hunter, #2)

These two are the same books with different covers both using umbrellas.
Which do you like best?

  2. If i remember i've actually never read a book with a umbrella on its cover! :o i think i need to read one of these books.

I like Struck cover than Mad Love. A Hopeless Romatic and Freshman Year & other unnatural disaster looks good. I can't decide between Deadly Departed and Masque of The Read Death. Both of the parasols are so pretty!

*Sigh* who could ever forget Mary Poppins? I haven't read it but the movies are pretty good.

I like the second cover to My Most Excellent Year. You could easily guess what it's about.

Lol. I want one of those too!

    Thanks for sharing! :)

  4. Awesome picks! Out of Mad Love & Struck, I like Mad Love better 'cause the hearts look like they're just falling on her & maybe 'cause she's facing forward too! Fun characteristic this week!

  7. Holy crap, there are a lot of them. Of course Dearly, Departed is my favorite. The 1st two are so similar, it's crazy. But out of those two, I like the 1st one more because it's like it raining down on her specifically.

  8. I like umbrellas, like I would could collect them if the hubs would let me get away with it. However, I don't like the umbrellas as the primary focus on a book book cover which is why the Masque cover is my fav!
