Q: Summer Break is upon us! What would be the perfect vacation spot for you to catch up on your reading & relax?
I love reading on the beach! So pretty and peaceful. I've also always dreamed of reading by the Eiffel Tower or while sitting at a cafe overlooking the Eiffel Tower.
Leave links to your FF so I can check it out and follow back.
I love those photos! How gorgeous!

I must totally agree with you. I love Europe and have always had a love affair with England. I SOOOO want to go there one day and see all the AMAZING sites they have to offer over-seas. Great picks.

I think if the beach was really quiet, I'd definitely enjoy spending my time there. As for the Eiffel tower.. I'd probably be too distracted by all the people, but I'd love to be there for a few days. Living in Germany I should probably do that in the next few months? Hmmmm.. Oh damn, right. I'm broke. XD

ReplyDeleteHopping through. It'd be so cool to read on the field by the Eiffel Tower. It's hard to believe that Parisians thought the tower was an eyesore when it was first built.

I'm not a beach person myself. Don't like the heat really. And I wouldn't go swimming either since I grew up watching Jaws a million times!! Ha ha! But being near a beach with a nice cool breeze and not a lot of heat does sound nice!
ReplyDeleteAnd Paris too, that's always nice!
Here's my Friday Hops
Have a GREAT weekend!

I'm not big into travelling so I would be quite happy to sit and relax in my garden and get some quality reading time in if the weather would just start to pick up. Ridiculous weather we're having for May.
ReplyDeleteLove your choices and pictures.
ReplyDeleteI confess I've nerver thought of reading by the Eiffel Tower, but I like enjoy to walk there. nice choice!
ReplyDeletehere is mine

Great pictures :) I wish I could sit on the beach and read!
ReplyDeleteYES!! I couldn't think of a more perfect answer to go to than Paris -- I can't believe I hadn't thought of it before! Staying by the Eiffel Tower, eating croissants and listening to French music and not-so-subtly watching French boys from the corner of my eye... I really want to go! :') And all of those gorgeous summer pictures are making me so glad that the weather here is going to be beautiful the next few days -- I'm going to see if I can spend as much time outside as possible! :)
ReplyDeleteAmazing answer (in amazing pictures), Jen! <3 I hope you have a beautiful long weekend!
I totally did the Paris thing already! You MUST go sometime you'll love it! except for the coffee thing, it's way to strong there and even way more expensive.
ReplyDelete...funny, I live like fifteen minutes away from the beach and I've never ever gone reading... I must do that. Pronto.
gorgeous pictures, by the way :)
I love all those pics! I love reading on the beach. It's one of my most favorite things to do!
